New 705

Hi:
I'm new to this forum and wanted to say hi,I started detected in febuary of this year with a garret ace 250 and then purchased a 10x14 coil for it to hunt big open areas
And I must say it turned it into a new machine with great dept and the sensitivy was excellent.I found ten silver coins , And twelve wheats ,One .740 Troy oz..925 bracelet,
two small silver rings and a bunch of clad, and copper and brass also and some cool old relics.
I just upgraded to the X-terra 705 and have only been using it going on two weeks but so far I llike it.I have found one 1952 silver dime and probaly about $6.00 in clad so far.
Since I got the X-terra the crops are starting to grow so no more field hunts for awhile. And it has gotten hot and dry which makes digging in the local parks a bit of a challenge.
So my finds have gone way down.
I would like purchase a 10.5" DD coil for it for big open areas I would like the 15" coil tech but it is a bit pricey.
I have down loaded Randys book and read it. But I'm still trying to resolve the which coil is right for me delima! Bigger or maybe smaller and more sensitive for hunting for jewlery
in parks,I don't think mineralization is problem here .
Anyways just rambling on here and hello to all and happy hunting.
