Can you EXPERIENCED Minlab-ers how to set up my XS-Explorer for the DEEP Silver, I hear i can set my gain 1/2 way to hear the DEEP stuff,

Run the sens up to where it is a little unstalbe and then back it to where the cursor is not jumping all over the screen.

Run gain up a little higher.

Operate in IM and around -14 so just a little screen is darkened out.

It's that simple.

I am not sure what the theory is behind turning down gain to get deep silver , on deep silver you need maximum volume so that you can hear the deep silver. The gain setting is just like a volume control it makes faint sounds sound louder, if you turn it down then you may miss really deep silver coins. My gain now stays at 10 maximum all of the time so that i hear every little whisper as loudly as possible!.
