New carbon fibre Deus straight shaft

pistolpete

New member
Our newest offering for the XP Deus. Carbon fibre straight shaft with handle control box mount and lower rod with hardware..

Thats like the one I made up about 2 years ago for the large coil.

One other advantage is that if you have both coils then you have 2 machines if you wish to lend one unit out.

One uses the controller and the other person the headset.

I did this for one guy and he was so impressed with the Deus that the very next day he puchased one. Jerry.

If you study the assembly of the Deus for a second you will see that by removing a couple of screws and a plug you can very easily accomplish the same thing just by rearangiing the stock component.
Not exactly the same final product , but close.

Martygene, it's 199.99 for shaft, lower rod, and lower rod hardware. We'll soon have more info on the website...

Thats a fair price as not everyone can make up their controller mount fitting.

Mine was hand machined using a alloy block. Jerry.

Just bought one does anyone know how to connect the remote to the shaft?

Calabash, you have to buy another control box mount or vampire the one off of your stock Deus shaft. They don't tell you that part. I also had the ANDERSON carbon straight shaft, sold it when I sold the Deus

I don't quite understand how this would work. I looked at mine from every angle and just don't get it. Do you have a photo?

"I'd say it's better balanced than the original shaft system that I find slightly 'coil heavy'" (I haven't bought into the light aspect of it as I find it draws the coil down)

[attachment 337807 DSCN1121.jpg]pete sells them send him a personal email I changed the arm strap on mine didnt like the big one and its my go to for my 11 inch coil.

They are still for sale and I can get them if you need
