after owning my new se pro for over a week now and hunting beachs, parks and tot lots with it.in my opinion it is better suited to hunting beachs where the multi frequency would be of more use.not a tot lot detector with the standard coil.parks, found some coins this morning but,not a lot $11.20.my x terra705 much more versitile in parks and tot lots than this.i'll give it three months and if it doesn't pan out,it'll follow etrac out the door.it's a pity there isn't a place where one could hire detectors,as in a try before buy.that way one wouldn't outlay large amounts of money for a lemon.just my opinion, remember i'm a new chum with this detector,by for now, emubob
