Have not heard from them since last Thursday regarding my order. Does anybody know if the snow storm has shut them down. I have left 5 messages for a call back..

I just called their toll free number and Stacy answered. Are they a member here?? Said no sales people were available but they are in business.

I have also called the toll free number. It is a call center that NED hires and they relay the msg. I am sure it is weather related. Just wish they would tell the call center or update the website or facebook. I ordered a ctx 3030 and have no tracking number or communication letting me know whats going on. I will Just be patient some of the area got hit with 40 inches of snow so my problem is minor compared to what they are going thru.

I don't know them so I really can't be any more help. Good luck and I am sure others will want to know the outcome.

I have made at least three purchases from them and had no problems at all. Their people are on the phone constantly. Call the people that answer the phone and ask them to tell Andrew (Owner) to call you. I think you will hear back from him within 24 hours.

From reading thier web site I learned that New England Detectors is located in Milford, Connecticut.

As you know... Connecticut was in the direct path of the recent blizzard and received a sizable amount of snow.

I live 12 miles nort of Boston, MA and my area received 23 inches of snow. As of today the schools are still closed and are expected to open tomorrow.

It's my guess that NE Detectors is probably shut down due to the previous weather conditions and you will be able to contact them in the very near future in regard to your order.

Now I have to go check out their web site more thoroughly as this is the first I heard of their company. :)

Last I heard Milford had 38" of snow from that storm! :surprised: I'm sure they are having weather related issues.
