New F75LTD2 vs. Upgraded Model

Has anyone been able to compare a brand new LTD2 with its upgraded counterpart? I'm wondering if FT's modded F75 units perform as well as the brand new models.
 
same thing? I believe upgrades are the same head unit as new. Basstrackerman and I both got new and they are same as upgrade units less some some shafts and parts upgrade units retain.
