New field with the upgraded T2SE

6th April paid my first visit to a common field close to a village .Used the T2SE set at 70 sens 0 disc and 2C because I was using 2C the machine ran silent untill hitting a good signal. However not much was found a number of plain 19th century buttons a George 3rd 1809 half penny and an Edward 7th 19010 hafl penny. Nothing was that deep perhaps no more than 6" I will try again!! I had the NEL Sharpsooter coil fitted to the T2SE a super coil.

Brian, had a very similar setup as your T2 yesterday, was using the NEL Sharpshooter,75sens,4disc,2+ was running it at 4 disc as that gives the stock T2 a boost effect, run as sweet as anything. Was actually on a roman enclosure site, crops was about 6'' high so could not get much depth but most suprised the farmer allowed us on when the crop was so advanced growth wise.

Weather was superb and a really enjoyable day out,to me that is the bottom line.
