new jersey law A1930

the first sentence of this law states that "certain" archeological sites on public land will be protected. these "certain" archeological sites include ALL state owned property. the law goes on to state that any relics, objects or artifacts of an historical, prehistorical, geological, archeological or anthrpological(man made or natural) nature are now property of the state. it also goes on to state that any of the above that are found accidently must be turned in to the new jersey authorities. the penalty for a first offense is fairly light: 750 dollar fine, confiscation of any and all equipment used and any form of transportation you used to get to the scene of the crime. this law went into effect 7 december 2004. the vote sailed through both houses of the legislative body without any no votes and signed by a governor that was never voted into office. this is not a dream, nor a work of fiction or an april fool's joke. this is our government at it's worst.

The British used to do stuff like that. We eventually threw them out.................................

when I told the officer I had already paid.....taxes, he said "git" I also pointed out that there was no one else in the whole park, it was during the week, it was so empty we were worried about our safety..........he just stared at me, We dumped everything and left; a $10,000,000 dollar state park with 1 person in it........the park ranger standing there giving me a cold stare as we left. I was also screamed at on one occasion because I was on the side of the river and was looking at the beach and I was told by a ranger that he'd write me a ticket if he saw me so much as pick up a rock or arrow head. Our last time there they had dumped a hundred tons of rock on the area totally destroying any artifacts. Jumped on twice in my own tax paid state park. We have never gone back. Everything now belongs to the STATE! May I suggest a new greeting/new world order: Heil Hitler! Welcome New Jersey! You aint seen nothing yet............
