New (OLD) Exp. 2 - Great!

Picked it up for $200 plus a CSA Block I. Used for a small time, then boxed. As a long time Minelab guy, I will say that I have already pulled brass and lead out of my 1850's yard with the new expl. I do not know why people say these machines are just too hard to use. Being a White's guy in the past, I know my White's could never perform like this! I have even pulled silver out of piled tin cans with a Minelab Sov. ---- after I learned the tones! BTW, it came with the Koss headphones and a nicad. But the nicad is currently under current for testing.

Saturday is the real test. 4 sites lined up!!! 50 degrees! Yippee!

that is a great price for the explorer 2, they are awesome detectors, like you i started out with a whites detector but the past 12 yrs i have used only minelab and i could never go back to using anything else, minelab is the Roll's Royce of metel detectors my opinion
