Just received my new t2 classic Thursday. Warmed up to 17 so I took it out. Only found a clad quarter and a matchbox car but really enjoyed it cant wait to use it in a month or so. Had to move some snow to get to them but just couldnt wait

Well done on getting your new T2,must admit all i ever use and want from a detector these days i get from my original green T2 its years old and with nearly 2000 hours on the operating clock i still cannot see the need to upgrade to the latest T2 model/s,i do like how simple/easy they are to setup and i can be detecting seconds after arriving on site rather than spending a very long time altering all the various settings that can come with other machines.

I mainly use mine on pasture sites here in the UK and yes i do use larger coils and it does go deeper than what the stock coil can go by a fair margin,i still cannot see anything currently on the market that will change my mind for a everyday use detector, even my Deus is a backup machines.

Good luck with the new detector.

Hi everyone, just love this forum and a new member as well. I live in norfolk and ground mineralisation is about medium on my farm ,my t2se sorts a coin out from trash very well even swinging fast you can still here that welcome sound. In fact i own 2 of the same machine one with large head and one medium size but not the stock coil ,not that its no good far from it.It just saves all the hassel of changing. Point is i have used a few machines and worked beside some no way would i give them up for any other.
