I pick up my new toy on WED...the Explorer 2, almost brand new, used maybe five times since bought this year, packed away and now mine...all for $500, and cannot beat that deal!! Nothing wrong with it, My friend has commitments at church, work, and family leaves no time for detecting!! I love my XS 1, but going to see how much I enjoy this one...if the deal hadn't been so sweet I would have passed it up!!
 
I like my Explorer II so much, I bought a spare in case mine breaks and has down time. My first year of finds more than paid for my first new Explorer at Red Book prices, not counting all the other goodies <img src="/metal/html/grin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":grin"> Now, to put everything in black and white for my wife to justify my 2nd explorer <img src="/metal/html/cry.gif" border=0 width=40 height=15 alt=":cry">
