New year brings me first silver with t2

Hit a small small park today and put the t2 se through a good work out. I'm stoked! I was running gb 69, sen. 75, and 3 tones. Started out using the 5 inch coil, found a few clad and one wheat. All hit over 6", the first wheat hit about 7" or 8" with the small coil. Shocks the hell out of me how deep this small coil goes. Found a part of the park where I felt I could use the 11"dd coil. That's when I hit the first silver, the merc 1944 at 8". Did the happy dance, glad I had the park to myself. Next I got a solid 89. At first I thought it was anouther 40oz cap, but it sounded clean and it pinpointed at 9". Dug a plug, nothing in the plug still in the hole. Dug a few more inches and then I saw the shine of silver. Woo hoo, 1960 Washington. The 1952 rose was 7" or 8". I'm very happy with my new detector.

Going to a old farm property that has a store on it from the 30s. My old man is friends with the owner. Will post back with results

Nice! Looks like it may be a great year!

Way to go! That's a lot of silver. That little 5 inch coil will surprise you with its depth.

Went to the old store on the farm. Lots and lots of trash in the front managed a wheat and no date buffalo. Had a hard time even the five inch coil, going to have to grid it out and dig everything. I'm sure there is silver there it's just covered up. Hope fully the ground is not frozen when I go back. Also found a fired three finger by a pecan tree.

Outstanding! Stay safe offshore around the big heavy....good work inland there buddy!:clapping:

The old store. I've got the whole property to myself. Beside the store there is the main house and directly behind it there is a shotgun shack that's about to fall down. I'm going to try and locate the old out house when I get a chance. The plantation is over a 100 years old.

People lose a lot of stuff working in and around barns.
