I went to a large state park that borders the coast near me it’s huge I have found silver here but not a lot which is very strange
Today was warm and the ground was thawed out so a friend and I went and started digging clad lots of spills friend had one hole with 20 coins!
As we walked across the large field that overlooks Long Island sound I had a 92 hit figure a dime so I dug it turns out a sterling ring with an opal!
As we headed out I said to my friend Greg this is the only area where I have found silver here then another 92 hit so I dig it and it’s a 1912 S Barbara dime
I do not dig many S coins on the east coast good last coin of the day.
