nickles

Started in 1942, ended 1945. Easy to spot them because of the grayish color and the big P, D, or S above the dome on the reverse side. Note that, both the regular nickle and the silver nickle were produced in 1942. Composition of silver nickle is 56% Copper, 35% Silver, 9% Manganese. The regular nickle is 75% Copper, 25% Nickel.
