Night Dig/already searched area/Nice Find

It has been to hot for hunting here, and I wanted to try out the 705 backlight (my mxt does not have one).
So I went out and searched my OWN back yard, that I have searched several times with my mxt and garrett 150.
I found a little cheap engraved bracelet.
Then in the back yard I hit a signal that read in the 30's, I had dug about 4-5 inches and thought it was a pop can. I almost gave up but I tried to remove some more dirt, then felt around and felt something, but odd shaped. I thought it most have been the pop top. again I almost gave up, but chose to dig a bit wider,, and reached in and grabbed what I could of the item and pulled while prying with my digger.. to my suprise a nice Tootsie toy wreck, dated about 1947

As it shows.... never think a place is hunted out, always try new tecniques on old search spots, dig until you ID the find, risk digging odd TID's and never over look your own yard!

Nice finds!

Tootsie's are always fun to find.

My own personal favorite dug car is a Manoil that I found in a private yard.

Congrats on the Tow Truck. Great that the tow bar is still attached.
