Night hunt yields rings and goldies

After band practice last night, I headed out to our local church (in front of the school where I got that massive haul of goldies on Sunday). Next to the car park is this little bit of grassed area under some trees - not a big area, probably 10mx20m. This is where school kids sit around while waiting for their parents to pick them up.

I was pleasantly surprised with my finds. While not as fruitful as Sunday's hunt (gonna be a while before I break that record), it was good nonetheless. Pulled out $59.99 in 2.5 hours plus two rings - one junk and one silver, a silver pendant and a 2gb SD card. It was a real challenge coz I only had a handheld flashlight so most of the footage, I had the flashlight in my mouth (not much talking from me), camera in left hand and digger/pinpointer/screwdriver with the right. I am going to buy a head lamp today.

So nice hunting at night. There was a cool gentle breeze and hardly a soul in sight. The priest was walking home across the car park and I think I scared the poor guy. I called out to him though and he ended up walking around with me truly fascinated with the MD. He was even showing me where the kids congregate.

Anyway, here's are a couple of pics and also the YouTube link.
