as I think the hunters and NRA would have been fighting this tooth and nail. There is a little sentence in there that must have been put there to get the Animal Rights poeple onboard. They didn't try to attack hunting directly as they would have been found and the law never would ahve been passed. They just made it illegal to pick up and take home the wildlife that you shoot. They have been trying to get the Black Bear hunts stopped here in the State and the fights have been going on in the Courts and on the News for months. I think they may use this new law as a backdoor way of stopping the hunters. Very sneaky those politicians!!!!!!!!!!!

it states "you can not harm or remove wildlife". Guess the Hunters will love this law just about as much as we do!!!!!!! I wonder if they consider Fish to be Wildlife too? If so they are also banning Fishing!!!! This law is so broad in it's scope and interpretation that it's unbelieveable.

Every time you see a new development or mall going in raise a stink! Every site has arch resorces.. as soon as you see a bulldozer contact the police and cite that law, ask them if they did an archeolical survey, tell them they are harming plants and wild life as well..Raise holy hell.. Wheres the FMDAC? why wasnt anyone even aware of ths legislation? Where was the hobby alert?

i have emailed the governor's office and reminded him that all of the senior citizens that exercise in local parks and playgrounds using metal detectors looking for pocket change are now criminals and it is his duty to have these nefarious sociopaths arrested and charged immediately. there can be no exception to the rule and ignorance of the law is no excuse. we must rid our society of these evil heritage thieves. i, for one, have had many sleepless nights knowing that gangs of geriatric scum are roving throughout our nations public lands collecting illgotten gains at the expense of our historic heritage. it is his responsiblity to let the word go forth from this time and place that heritage robbery will not be tolerated. this could be a stepping stone to greater things in his future. perhaps a greatful nation will demand higher office for such a stalwart defender as he. DO YOU THINK I WILL GET A RESPONSE FROM THE GOV?
