Have two excellent detectors that i am hanging on they are cream puffs like new:thumbup:Cannot believe how i found them in this shape, the first is the F-5 which came with a 11" d.d. coil and rated @ 7.8 khz freq.believed used twice and owner did not like the curve. The other one is a F-70 with stock 10" coil and rated @ 13 khz freq.,have not used them enought due to health problems, but seems f-70 easier to set up,was wondering on this one would it be worth getting the 11" d.d. coil and is there any other brand name coil that exceeds the fisher 11" coil:shrug:
The thought entered my mind concerning the Fisher 75 and what i want be gaining to purchase one. I am selling all my detectors ,but will keep the finale two.Need some feedback please:thumbup:

The F5 hits silver really well..Once you get it dialed in.. The F70 does well overall...but the 5 does love Silver.
Being just a coin hunter the F5 for a friend of mine has really added to his finds..

Personally I think their both awesome detectors. So is the F75... Boy..I didn't help on your decision much did I. LOL

Like Elton, I'm not going to help you. I recommend an Omega 8000 and a F 75. The F 75 for deep work and the 8000 for general day in, day out coin hunting where depth isn't paramount. HH jim tn

Yepper,i am keeping both of them for sure, they are both awesome :clapping:Now whats the next best 11" coil for the f-70?Thank you cjm

The 11" Fisher DD coil is great, sensitive and deep.
Both the Nels and the Cors coils are all that plus better shielded so quieter and more stable even on hotter settings.
Also most of the time cheaper.

I have a fisher 11" dd coil on my Omega, a
10"x5" dd coil on my f75 which works out very well.
I have also a Minelab Equinox 800 but have no plans on
Getting red of the f75 or the omega

I use a NEL Tornado coil on my F75 in open fields and find items deeper than the 11 inch Fisher coil ever did. Im sure the same would be true for an F70. If you hunt old home sites Fishers 5 inch coil is an excellent performer in iron and can really be the difference between finding targets and never hearing them.

Well, took a chance on a NEL 9.5" x 5.5." d.d. shooter coil for the f-70,good mercy has great target separation, sensitivity is excellent on targets. This one is a real keeper maybe will go for the big one later.
