Not Always Bucketlisters

So I thought I'd post some of my finds from today, to show you I find average stuff too. Not everything I dig is a bucketlister. The seated dime I posted the other day, doesn't happen often. I dig a lot of pull tabs, bottle caps, pop cans, and misc. trash. Because you never know what you have till you dig it up. The pocket watch pictured in today's finds, sounded just like a pop can. I find lots of cool goodies in mini trash dumps. Last year I found a cool dray and team tag dated 1915 in a pile of trash, for example. Plus every time I return to these spots the targets are getting better.
Bill, cool to hear the story about the 10 dollar gold piece. I'll tell Pat about it, my detecting friend. Go get you some!

Still nice interesting finds!!

Fun finds

Cool stuff. That toy gun caught my eye because I've never seen that type before. Any idea on the age?

I tried to identify the date, but couldn't find a like example. Must be one of the first couple models they made. Guessing around 1912.

Bucketlist or not, I still count those as some nice finds! Really like that old toy gun!

I was at there that week too in the Tri-Cities and saw that horrible crash. The Hydroplane races were THE SUMMER EVENT in Central Washington back in the late 70's and Early 80's. Well, that and Men's Fastpitch Softball.
