officer molly bowden died of her wounds yesterday.she was 24.it's a shame the assbag that shot her isn't here to pay for his crime,he did however save the taxpayers by shooting himself.my prayers and condolences to her family and friends.

Yes, thoughts and prayers are with the family. Apparently the "assbag" and his last few hours are publicly known. It seems he was not a stranger to law enforcement and had gone over to a bud's house and spent the day toking on dope. At the time he was stopped he was in possession of marijuana and had marijuana prepackaged for sale. I find it exceptionally funny that the great cutting edge college town of Columbia in all of it's wisdom felt it necessary last fall to decriminalize the possession of marijuana (though they really have to change federal and state law first, but nobody has seemed to have pointed that out). One of their arguments was that pot use is harmless and it's partakers are "nonviolent". The gurus up there don't seem to be in a rush to connect these dots given the facts here. Anyway, just my thoughts.
