don't take on responsibility for his problem or his actions. He brought these things on to himself. You mentioned (I think) he said he was a Christian and I can guess his walk with God has been on the wrong path for some time. Reaping what one has sown is where he is now. The sad part is that it not only affects him but his whole family too. Will pray for him. Just don't burden yourself with the responsibility for his actions and his 'crop'.

Praying for him, steve, and don't blame yourself, as the safety of all the workers is foremost! I hope and pray he gets help and also may God protect all of you and his family from any more anger from him!
