hello in here, I have gotten hold of a xp deus lite, but I have no control box, so I thought if I could fire up the notch to 30, or I lose too much depth

Notch doesn't affect depth, disc does.

how much disc you use is 4 ok


the notch has nothing to say, other than to shut down some numbering

As far as I know you can't notch anything without a control box since it's under the "expert" tab of "disc".
