im new to the forum but have been lurking from a distance, ive a T2 for about a year now but am shortly upgrading to the XP Deus, i love the T2 dont get me wrong its just i have issues with my shoulders and am going for the lightest machine possible to give me a break!....so before i jump ship i thought i would show you a few of my best ever finds to you fellas over the pond, all were found with the T2 except the Henry VIII groat which was found with a basic

Wonderful finds! So cool to find old stuff like that. And the T2 is great ferreting out the old stuff. I was in England last Fall detecting with a Brit friend. I found a 1/2 of a 1245 silver hammered and remember the excitement I felt. Great finds, thanks for sharing! Cheers :usaflag:

Beautiful coins and I can't believe that the strap fitting still has paint on it! HH-CC

thanks fellas........RE:"the paint"............lol, i was amazed at the enamelling that was left aswell, ive trawled the net and ref books and am still to find a similar item as detailed, just a shame that part of it has broken of whilst still in the ground, rescued it in time me thinks

UK finds are amazing. You really have the history over there. I did not know they made a detector lighter than the T2. Thanks for posting. :detecting:
