Off topic......Leaf rake

Don/Michigan

New member
I bought a leaf rake a couple years back. Thought I'd try a different kind so I went with the "Fiskars" brand. The rake works awesome but a few weeks ago (about 40* out) I was raking up some leaves that fell late in the season last year and were really smashed in the ground from the snow. It was kinda thawing, muddy and a stick got caught in the rake so I flipped the rack over to get the stick off and broke the rake down by the tines. It was my fault so I called myself a few names and went online to read the warranty(lifetime warranty it said). Sent an email to the customer service dept with the rake info and my name and address. Got out of work early today and there was a box sitting on my step. Got the new rake head from good ol' Wisconsin. Some companies still stand behind their stuff and I thought I'd pass this along to you just in case you are looking for a great rake some day. The rake was only like $16 (nice aluminum handle too). I would have bought another one but all it took was an email and I had mine fixed. Now go out and by a Fiskars rake and tell them Jr sent ya
