I sure would like to see what the folks at MINELAB are going to come up with to top the EXPLORER II ! They never cease to amaze me !:yikes:
Rusty,Chicago.

If you could change one thing on the Explorer II, what would you change and Why???? I would change the LCD screen brightness. The contrast is terrible on that LCD screen. They could get around this, by making dark face stickers that go over the LCD screen HINT HINT. It would do 2 things. 1) protect it from scratches and dings. 2) It would also protect it from glare. Anyone want to make some money???
Thanks for your input.

Tom

I would like to see Explorer MKIII of very similiar design to the X-Terra.

If they could do that many of the other manufacturers would go to the wall.

I would like to see them change the clamps on the detector to something that holds better. And what if they would make the entire thing out of carbon fiber, would it cost that much more! Maybe than the weight issue would be somewhat solved. Any comments on this?
