OK everybody-Whats your fitness plan?Here is what I did this morning...

..Walked 2+miles;shoveled 1 sidewalk,2 driveways and cleaned off 2 cars...ALL BY 9:00A.M.-Not bad for a 52 year old man...:biggrin::thumbup::chase:
 
got out the 'stick' and swung it...the broom to push the snow off the porch and steps and then to the van...swept off the van so I could get inside to get my boots and bring em back in to get warm. Then got out and pushed the snowblower around my driveway then the neighbor across the street. Then grabbed another 'stick' and swung it as I shovelled the snow outside the back door...dogs don't like to have to get their little feets cold and wet :rofl: so have to clean a path for them or they will do their jobs inside instead of outside.

Then decided to help the wife with laundry...bad mistake...didn't know she was going to wake up and take a shower to find the hot water was being used by the washing machine.

Oh well. Not the swinging I wanted to do today. Guess I'll go out in a little while and make some other people happy....go pay bills in person at the bank.

Maybe pick up some rolls of halves while there and see what turns up in the rolls. Can't detect one way might as well try another.
 
got out of bed ,forgot where i was at,tried to walk ,stumble into the john due the fact that my shorts were around my knees.i did my business i started towards the kitchen couldn't see the coffee pot,found out my glasses were missing?:laugh:had to go back get my glasses,hit the door with my toes--oooouch!!!:stretcher:managed to get back to the coffee pot grabbed the cup turned around stepped on the CAT'S TAIL,the cat yelled and hisssssed at me,and slap the fool out of me(stupid cat)::rant:then i set down and started reading the news paper and that was the beginning of of a day of a 66 year old:clap:
 
About 40,000 + deep knee bends, 250,000 + twists side to side, lifting of 30 or so tons of dirt, plenty of jumping up and down in celebration!
I will also miss several meals due to not being able to quit detecting! :lol: My kind of fitness plan! :thumbup:

Well I'm 2 years younger than Semperfi - but I step on the cat's tail sometime also :) I swim in a water aerobics class twice a week and detect 2-3 times a week. Plus I try to stay away from those all u can eat places :) Steve in soaz
 
Got up at 7 had breaky .Out the door to head for the woods forget keys back in got keys Started up old patches 86 dodge half ton threw my dog Princess 7 month old beagle in the truck.Drove to my friends couldn,t get the log loader to work ice in the lines finaly got it to work .Got out my atv grabbed the dog and off to the woods just got home and had supper almost 6 oclock .Usually work out with weights bench press 90 lbs 15 or 20 times plus several other erercises 3 times a day but today I was to buisy. Average day i;m 67 years young lol.
 
That is what I have to look forward to in 26 and a half years???:surprised::sadwalk::shocked::unsure::blink::wacko::yikes::look::huh::cry::surrender: Can ya tell I'm worried!!!!
