OK I know Halloween is a month away but to get ya' in the mood, who remembers sending away for some of this stuff?

Do you recall that in the back cover of a comic book
in the late 50's early 60's you could order a crated
Bantam reconnaissance car?
Yep, an official brand new Army jeep crated in pieces for
if i recall correct a mear 40 some dollars.( i could be way off on that price tho)
I allways dreamed of those and saved my coinage for one
but somethin "neater" allways came along and i never acheived it.
