On the front of this bottle,there is in flowing script Cottage Cheese-at the bottom SEALEDBB48...On the reverse embossed in an oval pattern- contents 12oz- LIQUID SUNNYSIDE DAIRY-H.E JACKSON-phone 175-WEST BRANCH,MICH. Belkow that the word REGISTERED.In the bottom;is the capital letters SS;I would assume for Sunnyside Dairy.the bottle is 5 inches tall,a 2 3/4"wide mouth with a thick lip for a paper seal;3 inches wide at the base...The last pic is the latest of Boomer,hes gettin big...ENJOY!!!...hard to believe I rescued it from the ditch in West Branch-It now occupies a place of honor on my computer cabinet....
