Old church and park finds

Historical Society gave me permission to hunt church built in 1862 and produced Barber dime. The park I hunt a few days a week gave up silver, 1886 IH and 3 pfennig German coin (looks like 1817) but hard to read. Thanks for all your input, nothing beats experience.

Congrats on getting permission from the Historical Society for hunting that Church. Sometimes, the Historical Society won't even let a person hunt something historical due to wanting to keep it as original as possible but you got lucky and was granted permission which is a huge + for you and maybe others will have such luck as well if they try getting permission for hunting other sites that are Historical and ran by the Historical Societies. One great thing about the Historical Society is that they sometimes will show you Old Pics and give you other leads to other sites you maybe interested in hunting. Congrats on the Barber Dime from there. Also, congrats on that Foreign Coin as well. Those are always fun to find. Hope the Park keeps producing for you and Good Luck and HH to you on your next outing.:detecting:
