old hotel site finds 5-17-09

hello went too a 1800's hotel site today in the rain but i didnt get the gti 2500 wet had too turn the sensativity down a notch becouse of the wet ground but i did manage a lead cap seal ? i think and some shot gun shells some modern pennys and a few lead bullets and some other neat object hope you enjoy the pics as much as i loved finding these things .

I find lead seals from old railroad companies around here. I think they sealed the doors to baggage compartments in between stops. I need to do some relic hunting.

hello chris thanks for the info on the lead seal. I also have found some melted blobs of lead with in the hotel site area mybe thay used it for some thing esle too im thinking bullets ect and i also love relic hunting with a coin or two mixed in but its been a while since i found a old coin at the site but you never know there could be more.happy hunting !!
