Old stone Spearhead info, please?

Found a neat old Indian spearhead in central Penna. This area used to fave a lot of Lenapi's, but the rounded base hass me fooled. It's butterscotch colored. Any guesses as to tribe or rough dating would be GREAT! Thanks!

Hello, im an avid collector of artifacts and to me this looks more towards the line of a chipped celt. Even though its a bit thinner then most i have. I dont think its a spearhead or any type of a scraper. Could be wrong, have been before. Not familiar with artifacts from your area, but i can say the by looking at the pic its arround the Mississippian period. Maybe a bit later. Looks from 300 to 500 years old. Hope this helps.

Cool! Thanks so much for the info/opinion. Do you have a site or pictures of other chipped celts? The time frame you mention does fit very well with the period this area had heavy native Ametican habitation.
Thanks again,
