Oldies at last.

Went over to the Forest Preserve where the guy was killed last spring. Had a couple of deer to watch. An 8pt Buck and his doe. That was really neat. They didn't get to far away after they figured out I wasn't there to bother them. I worked a few areas and made two finds in an old dry creek bed. I got a 1912-D Barber Dime and a 1893 IH in great shape. Great to get some old silver for a change. Hope to get out again Friday. Stay warm and hope you can get out.

I always love it when God lets me see some of His creatures close up that I normally wouldn't see. An added benefit to detecting. Also a blessing to us Christians and God knows we are grateful - where others wouldn't be grateful...instead would probably throw things or yell at the animals.

Glad you had a great time Mike. Hope you get out some more before the nasty weather moves in for the season.

Glad you got some oldies! :) WOOO HOOO!!!!!
