Omega and G2/GB with 5DD 2 Tone Compare

How does it compare using the Omega with the D2 selected and the G2/GB using the High/Low tone? How similar do they respond as far as searching in Iron with both of them using 2 Tones? Also is the D2 setting the same audio frequency as the High?Low Tone on the G2/GB?

Had a chance this weekend to use both my GB and Omega at the high school.
After using the GB exclusively for the last 6 months or so, I found the D3 tones on the Omega a little confusing.
The nickel tone threw me off. I found the D2 setting to be very close to the GB tones, at least for me.
I do have some hearing loss, and that my account for some of the issues encountered.
I do love both of these machines.
