Omega dials

Does anyone know of a way to tighten the dials a little. It seems that every time I lay the machine down, somehow I must brush the dials and change either one of them.

Also today while detecting, I set the machine down to dig a coin and when I picked it back up again, it was off even though the dials were on. The batter is new. I had to turn it off and then back on again. Has anyone had this problem?

Thanks

I have only had mine since Thursday so no help on the turnoff prob. On the dial problem on my F4 I pulled the knob off and put a foam washer under it to tighten it up. I have not had a problem on the Omega with the knobs. I have also heard of using a o-ring under the knob.

Blacktoe, thanks for the advice. I have only had mine since last week as well. What do you think about it so far? I love that it is so light weight!!
