Took the Omega out to the fields this morning and while no silver was found, it did sniff out a few older targets. Although there is some of the typical trash on this site, it isn't horrible, so I left the 10" coil on. I find that coil a pleasure to swing and it does get nice depth and its pin point is spot on. Of the coins recovered this morning, 6 were wheat cents that ranged in age from 1919-1957. All were 4-7" deep. The deepest target was the thimble at 8." Of which, has some letters, but not enough showing through the crud yet to come up with a word. The key has numbers and letters, but also needs a soaking in olive oil for determination. I was running with 99 sen, 0 disc, d3 tones and gb of 65. Everyone find some goodies. HH jim tn

Those are some nice finds , looks like you had plenty of targets with a good variety . Finding wheat's is always a good sign . Congrats

If your finding wheaties there is SILVER somewhere!! 
That darn elusive silver is still out there and will show up again for you soon. Thanks for your comments and settings, but I think you meant the Disc. was set at '1', which is the minimum setting for the Omega (and Gamma). The G2 has a setting number of '0', but in some tough side-by-side testing to determine true ZERO rejection and all-metal acceptance,only the T2 can do that from Teknetics. Just don't want some readers to get confused.
