Omega's Lower Sensitivity And VDI Lock-On

How low can the sensitivity be on the Omega and still good a VDI Lock On? Or does it need to be at near max to get a decent lock on?

All depends on depth of target and size. That and 5000 other things... No "real" answer here.

Just putting a nickel in the grass and moving the coil just above the grass, about 2" difference between nickel and coil, mine locks on with 0/1 sen. and gives a low but distinct beep. HH jim tn
