Some battles are worse than others, but all are worth being kind over! 
...Where I work;during the Summer on Fridays we have cook-outs;we all bring something.There is a woman that works in Human Resources-She is here all kinds of long hours;going thru a divorce,a 17 and a 12 year old at home;LOTS on her plate-I invited her to have a hamburger with all of us-She said "THAT IS SO NICE!I HAVEN'T HAD A THING TO EAT ALL DAY!!THANKS SO MUCH!!"...It is indeed the little things that count...
