detected a saltwater bay beach for about 3 hrs today with a couple of friends.Finds were slim as they usually are here, plenty of junk and one clad quarter,two dimes,6 pennies including a very thin wheat back( not sure of the date)a 5 oz sinker and two smaller ones,a large whole bullet,maybe 30-06 or 30-30?? and other junk items.Was able to run sensitivity at around 14 with very little falsing in the wet sand and mud.Couldnt find any dry sand to gb it on so dont think I had the gb set right though it seemed to work fine.Havent had any problems in the last 6 hrs with the xterra shutting off like it did before.Some time ago when it shut off I took someones advice and pulled the headphone plug in and out several times.So far so good
