Hello i made this up because of the glare and my eyesight 
it's just a 3/4 pvc pipe 45 fitting cut with a dremel tool to fit and 2 screws,put it on the stem and mark it up for cutting and tap the holes before cutting i did use some black tape on the controll piece to fit firm.i will be painting it black and it did cut down on the glare and i can see it much better hope this helps someone .don
