im learning the machine in thick iron with full tones. Now when I move away from this thick iron and change programs do you guys think I should keep the same full tones setting or use the more traditional tones 5 tones or something?

I am not a fan of the Full Tones setting ever as I have a very hard time separating them. I run 4 tones all the time.

the low conductive targets are hard to me gonna keep at for awhile and see what happens.

I use Full Tones just about all the time, but that is just my preference. It's just a matter of what works best for you. The Deus gives you many different yet effective ways to hear that sweet little beep that means "dig me".

I run full tones, disc 0, silencer -1, all the time. Only thing I change is reactivity.

If you are finding low conductive targets difficult to identify when using full tones, it may be worth using a discrimination of 5 and digging every repeatable signal, even if you think it sounds to low. Theoretically using disc at 5 you should eliminate most small to medium sized Iron, which normally run the low tone.

Good luck please keep us posted
