I got an iffy dime signal and dug it up. It was the tip of what appeared to be an artist's paint tube.

I saw the rest of the tube in the hole, and unrolled it.

It read "Hemorrhoid Cream"

This was in the middle of a park. What one would need with the creme in the center of a park I do not want to know.
