options for mounting digisearch meter to gt

Jiminsandiego

New member
Since they don't make em anymore I bought a digisearch for my gt. Got the info where to get it from a forum member (thanks very much). After searching the forums, I want to try mounting it to the belt I use with my hip mount bag in a separate bag next to the control box bag (like Crazyman's set up I saw here). I could also use the "pipe hanger" set up but I've read that there are brackets made for this type of mounting. Anyone know where these are found? I may end up mounting it on top of the shaft handle but I would like to explore the other options first.
As always any info or insights are much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim

The copper pipe hanger is found at Lowes or home depot for less than $2. Used one for my meter mounted on top of my bike end bar grip and it works great.
