orite i have just bought a T2 and shud get it in a couple ov days any good tips on the best search patten to use 4 stubble :surprised::clsoedeyes:

Depenfds where you are located and how the mineralised soil is there. But Using the standard coil I search using 75 sens 20 disc and 2+ but ground grab after those settings. Do this by pushing the trigger foward then lower the coil slow right down to the ground until it goeas quiet . Then you are off ! Keep the coil as close to the ground as possible and take it slow dont whip it around. One problem with the T2 that I have is that if you knock the contol knob you will loose your settings and need to set again. This also happens if the machine falls over when you place it on the ground. Perhaps ne newer verions are better. It a great machine I have many good finds since I bought one last October beats any thing that I had before including the Minelab Explorer and theTesaro range.See these few found recently a Denarius of Julia Mamea. A Sestertius of Marcus Aurelius when Ceasar plus a Celtic Silver unit minted in Silchester.
