ORX Coin Fast vs Coin Deep with HF Elliptical Coil?

As far as I can see the only difference between the two coin programs on the ORX(last page of the user manual) using the HF coils is that Fast has a reactivity of 3 and Deep has a reactivity of 2. I'm just trying to figure out why XP did that rather than giving the user an additional User Program where more variations would be possible. Using the same frequency on both coin programs just doesn't make much sense to me. I wonder if XP could do an update and change the frequency on one of the coin programs. For example, 14.4 on one and 28.0 on the other. Just a thought.

Don.t you have 2 empty bins in which to save a program in ?

I believe there is also some internal features that are not adjustable on the ORX but is a fixed program like the coil boost that is adjustable on the deus but not accessible on the ORX. There is a little more going on than what it seems. The coil itself has the processor inside and also all of the adjustments and the remote lets you change the settings.

Yes, but if the only difference between the two coin programs is the reactivity setting I don't see a need for the two programs and would rather have an extra empty bin.

Will they allow you to change frequency and store it which essentially solves your issue, switch between custom programs instead of coin fast and coin deep ?I don't have the orx yet but I will as soon as I sell off some machines. My guess is they are built from different platforms as the Deus programs, but I am only guessing. Some times a subtle change is all that is required to get on with the majority of the scenarios.

Yes that's what I did was make a couple of tweaks to the coin deep program as far as frequency 15.6 khz and changed the recovery speed down to 1 and it goes deep. It smacks my 10" dime in mineralized soil. Then I saved it in one of the program slots.
