Our plant closing -WE're bein kept in the dark....

..I asked the union chairman the other morning whats the latest on this mess??He said "We havent heard anything"-Story is the union officials and Ford had a meeting last week over us closing-The outcome?/"We havent heard anything".......When will negotiations for the closing severance start?SAME ANSWER AS ABOVE...SO I asked him"What DO you guys know??"His answer??Refer to the answers above.....THIS IS PATHETIC:Our jobs are hangin in the balance;and nobody knows NADA...One 3rd shift union rep said"People in here better not believe were stayin open 'cause were not hearing anything:We are gonna close,no matter what"....I have already accepted that as fact......Its just highly irritating that we're told were closing starting July 17th;with no other news forthcoming at this time...

Stay encouraged and have faith in God that all is working out for your good and for His purpose! The big shots over the company you work for probably don't know very much either! It is like dominoes...starts from the top and knocks each one over as the news comes down from the Gov't to the Automotive Plants and then on from there! You do have time to start saving and making other plans if you are able to do so! Count your blessings one by one and see what God has done and will do for you and your wife! God Bless! Betty
