From the land of the Bluenose...got out for a drive with Pat yesterday on a dig site scouting and picture taking trip. She is the lady that is accompaning me to the forum hunt in June and is an avid photographer so there should be lots of great shots taken.
Was a crisp day and with the trees all barren so it was eay to pick out a few spots that have potential for a dig. Unfortunately the resturant in Peggy's Cove was closed for renovations so none of that famous gingerbread and ice cream could be had but did put a few pennies throught the press which turns a copper into a flat disk with a photo of the lighthouse on it. Trying to hone my own picture taking skills and thought I'd share this one with you as it is the most photographed place in all of Canada.
