It warmed up into the 40's today and was nice and sunny with a slight breeze... so I just had to get out there..
Hunted 3 1/2 hours..and found the silver ring in the last 15 min. of the hunt..
I think it had been sleeping in that low tide mud for many moons...it was thickly tarnished

The car is beyond repair..well, maybe Elson could revitalize it, but I fear it must go to the junk yard. It was deep....about 10" in the mud... but emitted a solid , loud tone.
And you can see by the last pic, that Hank was perturbed that I got home an hour later than I had promised..

) did paint programs on the computer, hunted for antler sheds, shot bb guns, colored, climbed hills, chased ducks, looked for muskrats, did some bird watching, fed horses, petted alpacas, climbed trees,detected for the coins lost when Anika was digging holes, watched cartoons and a lot of other stuff. Grandpa duty is a busy thing!
