Pairing new coils to headphones and remote

all iron

Member
Original coil is in slot one on remote and headphones. If this coil no longer exists, can a new coIL be asigned to this slot?

I recently struggled with pairing a new coil and it caused my remote to go crazy. Remote would lock up so I would shut it off and then turn it back on. It would then run through a sequence of screens and then lock up on coil screen. Anyone experience such issue. Asumming this is an operator error.

Yes, just replace the serial number of the old coil with the serial number of the new coil. Make sure headphones are on when you put the new coil in the remote so it will automatically enter the new coil in the headphones. Remote should never change screens unless prompted to do so.
