not sure what you call em but I found a boy scout scarf thing, some clad, old lock and who knows what the thing at the top is?

does anyone know anything about the boyscout scarf thing? It was about 3" down, no markings?

Very nice!!! :clapping:

I was a cub scout, boy scout, then a leader for both my boys for 8 years. That is a wolf on the slide.
Nice finds! can you do a close up of the top thing?

Was a Cub Master, Webelos Den Leader, Assistant Boy Scout Leader, Committee Member for both Boy and Cub Scouts, was on the Training Committee for Arrowhead District, Lake Huron Area Council over many years...

Its a neckerchief slide for sure - Cub Scout (Wolf) worn with a Yellow Neckerchief to represent a Wolf Cub. Bear Cubs wore Blue neckerchiefs and Webelos wore a sort of plaid (multi-color) neckerchief.

The Bear Cubs had a Bear on their neckerchief slide. Webelos had a French named thing Fleur something or other - looks kind like a flower.

Those are always good to find...means boys at play and boys lose a lot of stuff...including jack knives.

As a Cub Master I wore a Bolo ( like a round shoe string instead of a neckerchief) with the Bolo having a design I can't remember now.
