Patents Pending

I added a new section to the Geotech Patents page, for patents pending. There are currently six at the USPTO, 2 for the Periscope and 4 for Bruce Candy.
Patents pending are often very, very sketchy in content, and many never make to granted patent status, so keep that in mind.
